What is RubyMac's Mission?
RubyMac's mission is to provide the Santa Fe community with exceptional coffee experiences wherever we are, while fostering Ruby and Mac's values of connection, family, community and optimism.
What makes RubyMac's different?
First, we think our coffee is pretty excellent. A lot of effort went into sourcing beans that were unique and sustainable, bringing top-tier flavor to a cup near you. Plus, RubyMac’s Coffee is committed to minimizing its environmental impact at every stage of its operation. We prioritize compostable and recyclable packaging and minimize food waste.
What services do you offer?
Festivals feel better with caffeine. We bring a mobile café experience—specialty drinks, friendly service, and a welcoming vibe that keeps attendees energized and smiling. But we also do private events too! From weddings to birthdays, we set up a full-service coffee cart on-site. Imagine your guests sipping lattes and cold brews between toasts and dancing—coffee makes the magic last. We can also provide drop-off coffee and tea for events on the smaller, more relaxed side.
How do you develop your drinks?
RubyMac's isn't our first coffee rodeo. Joanna, our founder, has barista experience in spades. She combines her extensive coffee knowledge with a little creative risk-taking, experimenting with drink recipes until she finds the perfect combination—in a single cup and across a whole menu—to match the theme of your event. Have a request? She's happy to try and accommodate it, or give it a fresh new spin!
